Clear Expectations Before Service Day

By approving a quote or booking service, you agree to the service details, timing, access needs, and follow-up process confirmed by H2WOAH Exterior Cleaning.

Quotes and Scope

Quotes are based on the information, photos, or in-person estimate available at the time. If the scope changes or hidden conditions affect the job, H2WOAH will review the change before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Weather

Exterior cleaning may need to be rescheduled for unsafe weather, freezing conditions, access issues, or conditions that would affect the quality of the result.

Property Access

Please make sure gates, water access, driveways, and work areas are available as discussed. Move delicate items, vehicles, and outdoor furniture when requested before service begins.

Property Care

H2WOAH takes care around plants, siding, windows, outdoor furniture, and delicate surfaces. The right cleaning method is selected for the surface being cleaned.

Results Follow-Up

If something does not look right, reach out within 24-48 hours and H2WOAH will review it.
